1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email with your order details upon successful placement of your order.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping
- Delivery Time: 5-7 business days after processing.
- Available for all locations within India.
Express Shipping
- Delivery Time: 2-3 business days after processing.
- Additional charges apply.
International Shipping
- Available to select countries. Delivery times and fees vary depending on the destination.
- Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, destination, and order weight. Final costs will be displayed before payment.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment through our carrier’s tracking portal.
5. Delivery Issues

6. Important Notes
- Unclaimed Packages: Any packages returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed will be subject to additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
- Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
