Cancellation & Refund

At Gramin Premier League (GPL), we are committed to providing our participants with the best experience possible. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your registration. Below is our policy regarding cancellations and refunds for all GPL events and tournaments.

1. Cancellation Requests

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@graminpremierleague.com.
  • Please include your registration details, reason for cancellation, and contact information in the request.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed according to the timeline of the cancellation request:

  • Up to 30 Days Before Event Start Date:

    • 75% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • 15-29 Days Before Event Start Date:

    • 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • 7-14 Days Before Event Start Date:

    • 25% of the registration fee will be refunded.
  • Less Than 7 Days Before Event Start Date:

    • No refunds will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

Any additional fees associated with registration, including processing fees, transaction fees, and administrative charges, are non-refundable.

4. Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the rare event that GPL needs to cancel or postpone an event due to unforeseen circumstances, the following options will be provided:

  • Full Refund:
    Participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.

  • Transfer to Future Event:
    Participants may choose to transfer their registration to a future GPL event without any additional charges.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from the date of approval. The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method used during registration.

6. Important Notes

  • Refunds will not be issued for no-shows or disqualification from events due to violation of tournament rules.
  • GPL reserves the right to review each cancellation and refund request on a case-by-case basis.
